Sunil Kukreja We should have CT to assess if there any facet jump off. Though it looks from X-ray facet joint is locked at least on one side. Also MRI to rule out any disc fragments pressing over the cord/nerve root from the front. In the earlier situation should go from the back, in later case we should go from the front. If both, go circumferential.
